An Important Note
Below this text you will find a form to inquire about making a order for an Ayasa handpan. Please note that by filling this form you are not making a binding order, but just starting the process. We will finalize the order after having made contact via email.
Instrument orders for an instrument without bottom notes usually take 2-3 months to complete on average. If you are however interested in a more intricate handpan it usually takes 3-5 months. We can’t promise a fully updated website all the time, so please inquire about the waiting time – it might have increased.
From time to time we offer instruments on our Available Now page that are able to be purchased immediately, be sure to check it out!
To find the scale that best suits your desires you can take a look at the our instruments page. On this page you can find handpans that we have made, some demonstrated by experienced players to show further capabilities of each scale. Videos of the different types of materials that we use to create instruments are shown here as well. We have made many more scales than we have made video’s from, if you are interested in a scale that we don’t list then please inquire about it, we will tell you from experience if we are comfortable creating it or not.
The price for one of our instruments is € 2000 (for 8 tonefields around the center tonefield) and € 2200 (for 9 tonefields around the center tonefield). For every extra tonefield we charge €200. There is no difference in price between Stainless steel and Nitrided steel.
We always recommend coming to the workshop to pick up your handpan. If however this is not possible the prices are as follows:
Shipping in EU – €75
Shipping outside the EU (Worldwide) – €145
Included with the purchase of an instrument is the Ayasa care package. You can find information about the Ayasa care package and handpan related items that you can include with your purchase here.
Team Ayasa
Workshop
Although we are able to ship the instrument all over the world, we highly recommend coming over to the workshop to try the handpans that we offer.
Once you are here you will be able to not only try an array of different scales, but you could also get the opportunity to choose your unique instrument. For some more popular scales like the D minor (D Kurd 9), we like to offer the possibility to choose between a couple of instruments.
Even though we try to make our handpans as consistent as possible it is still a handmade instrument and as such there will be slight difference in each handpan, making each instrument unique.
If you are not an experienced player we are able to help you with showing the capabilities of each scale. When questions arise we will also be able to answer them and guide you in making the best decision for your first handpan.
Visits are only by appointment. We are open from Monday till Friday from 10:00 to 17:00.
